Our Mission & Story

Serving the underserved, uplifting the broken, and connecting our community through faith-driven action.

Why We Exist

Our Mission

Advancing God's Kingdom Worldwide Fellowship Outreach exists to serve the underserved, uplift the broken, and connect our community through faith-driven action.

"For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me." — Matthew 25:35

How We Got Here

Our Story

Advancing God's Kingdom Fellowship Outreach was born out of a simple conviction: that faith without action is incomplete. Founded in 2022 by a small group of believers who saw real need in their neighborhood, AGKWFO began with a single food distribution in one community and has advanced throughout the Hampton Roads area.

Over the years, that one act of service grew into a full ministry — with programs spanning food assistance, clothing, prayer, and community education. Today, we serve hundreds of families each month across our region.

We are not just an organization. We are neighbors helping neighbors, rooted in the belief that every person carries dignity and deserves a hand up.

What Drives Us

Our Faith Foundation

Faith

Everything we do is rooted in our belief that God calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves. Faith is not just what we profess — it is how we serve.

Service

We show up. Whether it is a food pantry, a prayer, or a crisis call, we are committed to meeting practical needs with practical action.

Community

We believe transformation happens in relationship. We build bridges across backgrounds, generations, and circumstances to create a stronger community for all.
